Membership Roles for Units

This agreement defines Membership in a Unit by defining 3 Membership Roles according to the level of commitment and involvement in a Unit. Every Unit can opt-in or out of this Agreement as decided in their Unit Agreement.
 
Membership Roles for DAO Work Units
Leads (or co-leads): those ultimately responsible for project outcomes (i.e. responsible for picking up tasks and accountabilities that others are not fulfilling).
Contributors: those who have committed to the project (attending weekly syncs, retrospectives, and workshops and working async) and been accepted by the project's Lead.
Supporters: the basic role for anyone joining the channel (through emoji-reaction in Discord).
