- DAOlationships Guild Budget —> two main questions I want answer to:
- How does the DAOlationships guild define active membership and how do they utilise tooling to measure that?
- 3 voice sessions (weekly sync, education session, demo session) to determine active membership —>
- call attendance
- weekly syncs
- demo sessions
- also look at activities outside of the guild but are actively doing DAOlationship things
- How do we measure these outside things??
- Would these then be projects??
- Active membership needs revision
- Senad to help set standards to define membership
- can we expect 41 members to help us build relationships within the ecosystem? What role does the CRM play in DAOlationships guild today?

Discussion item 6 -Guild/Department multisigs/safes that are on other than eth.
- Looking only at eth address, we only see a fraction of some guilds/depts funds.
- Should we ask for all addresses?
Discussion item 7 - Are remaining wallet balances at end of season 6 being subtracted from Season 7 ask?
- Would there be a cutoff date for this?
- For example before funding is distributed, please submit the multisig balances from all chains by X date. The total amount of BANK from the multisigs will be deducted from the total ask. This will be the amount distributed. with a reminder that mid-season funding for new initiatives/unforeseen areas is an option
Discussion item 6 - Guild and Department multisig holdings
- Guilds - 100% funded by the DAO to provide and upskill talent to the DAO, Guilds themselves are not revenue generating. Revenue generating initiatives should be broken off in the form of a project.
- Should Guilds that hold stable/DeFi tokens send them back to the multisig?
- Departments - 100% funded by the DAO to provide a service that is necessary for the DAO, Departments themselves are not revenue generating. Revenue generating initiatives should be broken off in the form of a project.
