The purpose of this document is to communicate clearly our learnings over the years about the right problem Meetwithwallet is to focus on solving.
Title:
Meetwithwallet announces a tool that allows fluid teams to schedule group and 1-1 meetings.
Subtitle:
Meeting scheduling manager redefined for Web3. Take control of your time, your privacy, your rules.
Intro Paragraph:
[Provide a crisp 3-4 sentences that reiterate and expand on the title with a little more detail on the customers served and what is being launched.]
Meetwithwallet has built a tool for individuals and teams to easily and quickly schedule 1-1 and group meetings without the back and forth of already existing solutions. Meetwithwallet is designed to be flexibly used by individuals and teams working across different timezones, contributing across organisations and working across projects. Freelancers, Multipreneurs, Individuals working across multiple organisations and DAO contributors can find Meetwithwallet very useful for schedule management.
Customer Problems:
[Lay out the top 3-4 (max) problems for the customers your product or service is intended to serve.]
In today's fast-paced and interconnected work environment, managing schedules across teams, organizations, and time zones is a persistent challenge that hampers productivity and collaboration. Professionals such as Governance Leads and Team Leads often struggle with coordinating group meetings, particularly when forming temporary teams with members from different organizations. The manual process of collecting and updating availability from participants is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, as schedules frequently change before meetings can be finalized.
Individuals working across multiple organizations deal with the constant risk of double bookings. The existing tools fail to offer a seamless user experience that ensures all calendar slots are accurately reflected across multiple platforms, both before and after meetings are booked. This results in inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and increased costs, as users often need to resort to multiple tools to manage their schedules effectively.
The absence of a unified, intuitive, and effective schedule management solution leads to unnecessary stress, delays in decision-making, and a fragmented approach to time management. This ultimately impacts the productivity and efficiency of professionals who rely on precise and flexible scheduling to navigate their complex work environments.
Solution:
[Describe how your product/service elegantly solves the problem. Give a brief overview of how it works, and then go through and talk about how it solves each problem you listed above.]
Meetwithwallet provides an easy to use tool that connects all your key calendars making it possible for your availabilities to be accurately represented for 1-1, cross-org, group and cross-timezone meeting scheduling. You just need to share your calendar link or be invited to a group using your Meetwithwallet ID (wallet address or email address).
  1. Founder Perspective: Collabberry provides a tool for compensation based on ownership (Team Points (TP)) and monetary. The tool addresses the dynamic environment of a startup, by allowing minting and distribution of ownership on a monthly basis. On the other hand, the tool optimizes the runway by introducing Minimum Viable Salary (MVS) - the minimum amount of monetary compensation a contributor needs in order to be financially relaxed. The rest of the compensation is distributed in Team Points, aligning the incentives of the founder and contributor.
  1. Contributor Perspective: Contributors don’t need to negotiate their salaries anymore. They provide a proposal to the team, with their Market Rate, Roles and Responsibilities, Committed Time and MVS. The team votes on that proposal and decides whether to accept the contributor or not. On the other hand, the fact that the contributor gets monthly reward in ownership, and engages actively in the measurement of value, by performing peer to peer assessments, gives the feeling of autonomy and creates an environment for a more self-determined team. Collabberry’s model is entirely transparent, which doesn’t give space for unfairness and doubt.
Leader’s Quote:
[Pick a leader in your company and make up a quote that talks about why the company decided to tackle this problem and (at a high-level) how the solution solves it.]
Collabberry was born from my refusal to accept the hierarchical, competitive structures of today's world. The success of Collabberry proves that a cooperative and collaborative society is possible, giving me great hope for the future. - Milena
Customer’s Job-to-be-Done:
[Describe what a customer has to do to start using the product/service and how it works. Go into enough detail to give them confidence it actually solves the problem.]
Admin Flow
Begin by creating an admin profile, then invite your team members and configure the compensation settings by setting up TP, PAR (Performance Adjustment Rate), and setting up the peer-to-peer assessment rounds. Once these steps are done, onboard your team members with a link to the user guide. Start an assessment cycle each month and distribute FIAT compensation at the end of each cycle.
Contributor Flow
In the contributor flow, submit a proposal including role and responsibility, committed time, market rate, and MVS. Assess your peers monthly, vote on proposals, and explore the stats and info on compensation distributed and value measured within the team.
Customer Quote:
[Create a fake quote by a fake customer, but one that sounds like it could be real. The customer should describe her pain point or the goal she needs to accomplish, and then how the product you launched enables her to do so.]
  • Founder perspective: “Finally, I can compensate my team properly for its engagement even if we don’t have enough funds initially. Collabberry has transformed our compensation approach and boosted team morale.”
  • Contributor perspective: “I feel motivated because I co-own the project with my peers. Collabberry has liberated me from the traditional employer-employee dynamic.”
