    1. Взел е голям контракт
    2. Събрал е хора с които е работил преди
    3. Дезорганизирана среда
    4. Хората са му помагали заради репутация и доверие
    5. Transparency, ownership delegation
    6. Едни хора имали много повече задължения от другите. Нарекъл ги е партньори
    7. Формализация - дъщерно дружество като unit в DAO
    8. Всички vest-вали, дал equity
    9. Как се разбрахте кой колко взима?
      1. 3ма по 1/3
      2. Stock option pool
      3. Всичките имали поравно, но техните вестинг пакети са били по зле
На някого беше ли им платено - не, но бързо започна да изкарва пари
100 contributors -
  • някои са били на пълен employment договор
  • Останали - контрактори
  • Губили са хора заради transparency защото хората са били понякога малко сравняващи се с други и били недоволни
 
Summary
  • Lino has founded FarStar on his own, by getting a large contract.
  • He’s worked with people he knew and trusted him. They helped because of reputation and trust.
  • He was keen on decentralization and ownership delegation.
  • 2 people out of his contributors got more involved than the rest, he called them partners. They all owned 1/3 of the company, but the vesting package of Lino was better
  • There was a stock option pool for the other contributors
  • Some contributors had a normal employment contract (full time), others were contractors.
  • They were losing people cause of the transparent nature of the salaries definition.
