- July 6-11 - GC provides feedback to guild/project proposals
- potentially have 1-2 Grants Committee members to review each proposal rather than have every Grants member read EVERY proposal
- there seems to be consensus on this
- July 14 - Projects submit revised proposals to GC
- July 20 - Seasonal funding goes to Snapshot
- structure of Grants Committee (in seasonal spec)
- include bounties for accounting?
- could be like 25K, since that’s how much “Extra” leads get (in this case, one lead is coordinator and another lead is the accounting)
- what about bounty-ing the project KPIs to Grants Reviewers?
- i.e. something like 5K BANK /project you ensure KPIs for
- i.e. something like 2K BANK/wk for accounting
- coordinape for Grants Reviewers?
- i.e. a portion of salary goes into a coordinape
- could be within Grants Committee
- could have L1/L2 GIVE to Grants Committee
- but will the rest of the DAO understand the work that is being done?
- ^ but maybe that is a good thing, it will force us to be more transparent
- in general it feels that the Grants Committee compensation is low - perhaps the coordinape experiment should be above and beyond
- it’s not healthy to take on too much work - should we be incentivizing this?
- maybe more ROLES on the grants committee w/ some more definition + compensation on each

- do we want to push towards moving to auto-guild funding?
- how about ad-hoc project funding?
- maybe timing isn’t right?
- people are doing their seasonal proposals now, so maybe it’s late
- it’s going to change internal guild governance, so that’s also something that needs to take time
