        • Objectives: Partner on a governance and empowering solution which is part of ED3D
      • SchoolDAO
        • Vision: to enable the operation and success of The SchoolDAO product
        • Objectives: Seek funding, build MVP, build a list of partner schools, grow to penetrate 10% of school market

    • Suggested Structure for of a non-profit (same structure for-profit but with 10% ownership of org)
