Grants Committee Project Funding
Project: BanklessDAO Writers Cohort

Ask: 140,000 BANK

KPIs
SEASONAL KPI
The core metric for success will be the number of essays BanklessDAO members publish. An increase in published essays is indicative of other positive impacts — more participants, more impressions for BanklessDAO, more potential for word-of-mouth growth, more learning, and more relationships built.
Additional metrics include:
  • Net Promoter Score score in an offboarding survey to determine if Taptive is able to deliver a high-quality experience to BanklessDAO members. We shoot for an NPS of around 80.
  • Number of feedback messages sent following Taptive’s feedback format.
  • Number of 1:1 discussions held in breakout rooms.
GC questions
The proposal states that you “have built an e-mail of over 250 potential interested cohort participants”
Is this a database that the Writers Guild has collected, built, maintains and has access to? I ask because I attempted to get info from the taptive website, entered my email address and got put into a loop where I could only enter my email address again.
How many participants can be in each cohort?
How often are cohorts planned?

The total cost of this project is 280,000 BANK. 140,000 was included in the Writers Guild Season 7 budget. The other 140,000 is to be paid to Taptive. Looking at the about info on taptive’s website and Taptive’s LinkedIn page , I only see that there are 2 employees - 1 being the company owner Grant.
Is there anything in place so that all of these tokens aren’t right after distribution or at once?

Onboarding will include an invite to the BanklessDAO Writers Cohort Notion Home created by Taptive. Cohort participants will chat in a separate channel in the BanklessDAO (or dDAO Writers Guild) Discord. I appreciate that the Bankless server is not easy to navigate, but if this cohort is not being introduced to the Bankless community, how does this coincide with the project’s commitment to “strengthen relationships in bDAO, boost the presence of the DAO or level up the community members? breaks down cost per article which is consistent

Think Decade Have you thought about how the project can help with current problems that the DAO is facing, such as with Governance docs?
To get more value out of this have you identified challenges that media projects are facing and how to possible help them?
Consistency and frequency is critical for media nodes/projects
@grant everything we do is leading up to people writing and publishing constantly through structure. Could bring on people from the current media projects

VOTE: Do you agree to fund 140,000 as stated in the above proposal with the KPIs mentioned above?
