“Despite Dao Dash's meaningful attempts to find stronger product-market fit over the last several seasons, these efforts came to a stand still over the last season.
Therefore, the project's core team has started to move towards sunsetting the project at the end of January.
We would appreciate your partnership on the following fronts:

There are still outstanding USDC payments for maintaining the project servers that were approved as part of the project's funding in previous seasons and were not transferred to the project's multisig. Please help us get these funds to the contributors who have paid for these out-of-pocket.

Please let us know if you'd like to keep the servers running after January 31st, and if so - who should be given admin access and what billing information should be used.

Let us know if there are any add'l governance steps that should be taken as part of sunsetting the project. (archiving Notion pages/ Discord channels? something else?)

If there is any interest in conducting a retrospective on the projects so that other Bankless projects would benefit from our learnings - we'll be happy to work with your appointed facilitator.”

I responded that we would put it on this agenda, that he could come if he would like and also if he would like to come to a meeting to discuss this but couldn’t make this time that it could be added to the agenda a different day. 

I also asked for financial specifics so GC can get an overview of what they need, so that we will be  prepared to to assist them with sundowning the project.  A response with this is pending.
