Overview :

The ticket was originally raised by Dippudo on 05/28/2022. Their inital problem was that they redeemed their FC Golden glove T-shirt but cancelled halfway. Which lead to the error “You have already redeemed a product with your token”  when they tried to redeem again. This was expected behavior of our code in its current state.

We fixed that my deleting their record. Later on, they faced issues as the product was set as “Sold Out” by USM. 

As of today, the error that they are facing is “You do not have any redeemable product in your cart”. A quick test was perform on USM’s store and everything is working as expected. The obvious cause of this behavior is having different product in their cart and we have suggested them to check that.
