- Allows marketing and product easy tracking of anything on the website with a "visual tagger" lowering enginneering needs and speeding up completion time.
- Once installed, most integrations connect to segment to access all the data. Data stays consistent across depts and tools.
- Makes it easier to quickly hook up and test SaaS tools.
- One view of the customer across all tools. Acquia has this potential, but it isn't a CDP, it is a marketing CRM. Big difference is Acquia doesn't have the quick connect pre-built integrations to tons of tools.
- Easy access to ANY data for all depts without needing to use metabase queries. No SQL needed. (With Mixpanel)
