BanklessCN - S3 Organizational Structure Discussion

This is still a work in progress but I’ve received some constructive feedback, including that I should’ve created a notion page to collect feedbacks. So here we are :)
 
Feedback received on first draft and how I thought of addressing them:
 
this is a social governance structure for a project, currently not a subDAO (Noted)
clarify responsibility for each roles ( Per governance structure map)
Details of how to initiate a project (addressed)
what constitutes a project ( committed time span >8 hours)
how to onboard our DAO (to be address next season as a project to produce )
clarify workflow (to be address next season as a project to produce )
Removal of external directors (as they are web2 nuances)
Season 3 Budget planning (potentially work this out with S3 Champion)
Create more interactions and bonding between BanklessCN and main bDAO (via defined Core Team involvement and project iniatives)
Talent scout office for the best talent in CN community (perhaps through project lead and project execution?)
Coordination Mechanism with main bDAO operations (perhaps through the likes of A9_ bDAO discovery project, need more ideas here)
 
Below is the new governance structure that I propose to address the above with more details compare with the 1st draft:

General /Overall:
  1. Does any of the core team member need a backup in a specific season? — JohnChan
    1. up to 2 person to take up the role TBC
  1. Maybe we need to specify under what condition will the core team member be replaced (for example, absent for several weeks), and what is the procedure of our core team member election in the future (to ensure that we are decentralized). However if these things appear to be unnecessary right now, we may just leave it here. The method proposed by JohnChan at DAO contributors’ part is fine by me.— Arvin

    1. Should we create closer relationships with other Chinese sub-guilds in Bankless? -Morisen
      1. no other cn -sub guild
         
         
        1. DAO Contributors
        1. After more that 3 articles workload, a newcomer can apply the role of core team. —JohnChan
        1. As the budget might not have a limit next season, should we have more projects other than translation? -Morisen

          1. Combine the work incentive system and polls. -Morisen
          1. Process of how the projects are reviewed and passed should be added — Arvin
             
            3. DAO Activities & Projects
            1. Projects should be divided into two categories: revenue projects & common projects. Revenue projects are launched to get more revenue for us. Common projects are for infrastructure. They should be in different percentages in different seasons. — JohnChan
