  • 3D hippi is the new Notion Admin
  • Ella Dane has been elected for the Survey Analysis role

DAO Coordinape - Joer / RedVan
  • NEXT round: ~June 3rd - 7th
    • DEGEN team to switch links around — this is completed ✅
      • new workflow eliminate bottleneck of waiting for DEGEN team ✅
        • insertion of URL shortener into process — ✅
          • we can switch the url redirect to new google forms for each round ✅
    • submission .csv info to coordinape ppl by april 5, allocation start 4/8

  • Survey analysis back from Bo for Season 3 Month 2 — Here

  • Discussed the future of this role and what we can do with the info
  • Ella’s extra question = “What can we do in the next month to address your primary concerns with bdao? “
  • She also has some interesting idea’s for extra responsibilities such has personal outreach to L2’s that are unsatisfied with bDAO in an effort to retain talent.

Ops Guild Coordinape - Joer
  • Start monthly, normal guild coordinape (in sync with DAO rounds) in S4? ✅
    • 15k BANK/mo * 3 mo == 45k Coordinape
    • 5k BANK/season for bounties
    • total 50k BANK
  • Confirm balance in multisig vs requested budget amount — accounting f/u
Notion Admin - iSpeakNerd
  • Open tasks
    • How BanklessDAO uses Notion workshop (Ernest of Gaia)
      • workshops completed - turning into a longer-term self-serve asset now
    • Backup of the Notion site (domanost) - ongoing
      • using Sia — within the estimated budget
    • Deal with orphan pages (Trewkat) - done, to review
    • Notion project template with meeting mins + contrib pages (iSpeakNerd) - mostly done, to review
    • DAO-wide email for tally integration - in progress
  • S4 notion planning
    • engaged all guilds to remember to add 13k BANK/season for a guild-level Notion admin
      • 3D hippi has been designated as the Notion Admin —- permissions / maintain, organize, and keep updated the Op’s notion pages
        • iSpeakNerd to meet with 3DHippy to explain role ✅
    • budget started:
      Notion Administration S4 Budget
    • planning on rolling the “decentralization of notion permissions” project into the “Notion Administration” department, so there will be some rework being done to both pages in the next week

  • Initial role/budget list distributed to guild for editing/fact checking/additions.
  • Anything else needed, before end of S3 payouts and use for S4 budgeting? —
