- proposal: In an Effort to reduce channel clutter. Guild starts with default channels without guild tag [start here, general, collaboration (outside guild)] if want to see more channels guild role tag provides you with permissions. FireHose tag still available.
- permissions could be interesting if there are different permissions within a Guild Channel and if the Channel gets updated. may be more maintenance, but may be worth it. requires some thought and testing. different tags maybe, [guild member tag, apprentice tag- differing read and write permissions]
- writers guild is also experimenting, self tagging can be the apprentice tag, an assigned tag can be a tag with write permissions, need how to guide maybe first guild quest
- public private channels, or discord levels need discussion on how things get rolled out either quickly or over time and in what stages. chaos may ensue during implementation if folks are not well informed. Start on the guild level before global changes discussion.
- Need to assign folks to solicit feedback from other guilds
- Would like feedback on Role Creation and details

- Difference between doing a roll and holding a role, need descriptions to be better flushed out and in progress. important to flesh out metrics for roles and responsibilities
- more thinking out of how roles and responsibilities are shared and incentives are distributed, in the experimental stages there should be open discussions about how this is happening and best practices developed over time.
