Season 1.5 Planning

What are our priorities?

Please note that these are in no particular order with a couple exceptions. The intention is to have a list of priorities we all see from our advantage point. This will allow us to distribute workloads and get set up for S02 (4 weeks out by the time we have our sync up call).

Immediate priorities:

Copy bizdev template from intlcapitalist notion to official bdao notion - coach viking

Budgeting/Remuneration - tommy

Setting up a CRM (private, no public access) - bgold

Guild interviews - bgold

Functional Structure

Add Market Review early on in the Product Manager role to make sure proposals have strong legs later on in Bankless processes. Probably a #BizDev function, the Product Manager role could even be cross functional.

Hold elections via polls to make our positions concrete. -IntlCapitalist

Divide up the current BD projects to see who is going to help with what -IntlCapitalist

Build a plan for how the Ninjas are going to approach other DAOs to work together - IntlCapitalist

Vision/entire scope of work - mungi

Admin work necessary - mungi

Strategy, revenue streams, & business model - mungi, Chao

Internal outreach (approaching internal guilds to assist revenue generation) guide - viking

Roles? - What roles do we feel we need for Season 1+? How are we defining those roles? How do we want to track performance or what metrics are most important to us to define right now?
