Record the weekly PM Guild synch on 2/17 and upload it to a file share so it can be downloaded
and put on the Youtube channel.

Success Criteria
Must be skilled in video and audio screen capture recording (such as OBS).

Shows up on time for meeting and records full 1 hour meeting with both quality audio and video.
gaming speeds, starlink occassionally will have a buffer period every few hours for a very brief period of time.
The recording is uploaded to a file share within 2 days of recording.
The recording link must be to a downloadable file
