Background
Web3 Ecosystem & crypto adoption is growing fastly, bringing the attention to several financial players (VCs, Corporates, Etc), with some of them with no prior knowledge / experience of how to structure successfully a venture round or how a web 3 startup obtain financing
The aim of this WG is to help VC (as the ones who wanna start a venture DAO arm) as well as web3 startups in they strategic (research, scouting) and financial needs —> to be validated
