Roles and Responsibilities
DAO Notion Administrator
80,000 BANK/season (paid by Ops Dept)- Determine and document best practices for Notion site maintenance and user permissions management
- Advise and support groups on the implementation of best practices
- Review ongoing permissions and flag potential risks
- Review pages within the global workspace and deal with any orphaned pages
- Address and remediate any intrusions as they arrive
- Maintain monthly full-site backups for disaster recovery (min of 3 months)
Group Notion Admins
16,000 BANK/season (paid from subgroup budgets)- Manage Notion users for a group (i.e. add/remove users)
- Manage Notion permissions for a group (i.e. page access levels)
- Report and remediate intrusions with support from the DAO Notion Administration Team
- Review and update all users and permissions for the group seasonally
- Check in with the DAO Notion Admin team with any updates, questions, or concerns
