- Left a note for AAJ that we’ll need his input but not at all urgently
- Reminder RE: July 21 backup — Post screenshot proof to Kanban card instead of Discord thread
- Let’s move to async work instead of weekly meetings
- AV Guild Notion pages have been reviewed with the Guild Coordinator
- Haven’t started the cleanup over there yet; been focused on Season Transition and AV Guild funding
- Got a lot of great feedback and looking forward to another tidy corner of our Notion space!

- This iteration is the best Season Transition yet, and I think it’s due to a combo of consistent improvement in documentation and a season long enough to get things done between paperwork marathons

- Work with each group to review their content and reduce unnecessary page bloat

- Design Guild and Legal Guild should review this page. It currently lives in Operations and needs a new home, even if that home is the Archive dumpster.
