Project Coordinator

• Project and KPI for a supplementary budget for Pidgin parlour
GC has reached out for the KPI
New members are being onboarded into the pidgin parlour podcast and currently, we are having a standing host.
One of the KPIs includes generating 5 grant leads; currently, we have four leads, and will be giving feedback to GC soon.
Marketing Pod - Abidemi
One of the ways to improve our marketing strategy is to run marketing adds
Raiya is handling REDIT and abidemi is handling TWITTER

• Marketing is going to play a pivotal role in this season’s partnership

• New strategies and Improvements are ongoing in the Podcast and new members are being onboarded.

• The forge is either to be dissolved or bring it under the OPS - thinkdecade
Abidemi has agreed it is brought under the OPS
It should be brought under the ops to bring in the needed attraction and talent - kutubu

• Bridging to polygon multi-sig
keeping an eye on the conversation with polygon multisig from the treasury
the best way for now is to keep the funds on the eth mainnet for now
