Tell all guilds to include Notion Administrator in their seasonal budget

Dear Guilds,

Hope all is well this Self-Governance Season. As per the “Decentralization of Notion Permission Proposal” in the community forums, https://forum.bankless.community/t/decentralization-of-notion-permissions-proposal/2432

 

The Dao has agreed to allocate funds to each guild for the following “Guild Notion Administrator Role”. This can be part of a role or it’s own Role, the important thing to note is that Guilds are free to add the role and funding amount to their Season 4 budget (and future budgets) and request the 13,000 BANK for the Role.

 

The following is the description and responsibilities of the Admins. Throughout Season 4, the Ops Guild Notion Workgroup will provide opportunities for DAO members to develop their very marketable Notion Ninja Skills!

Guild role: Guild Notion Administrator (1hr/week)

• 13,000 BANK/season = (1 hr/week * 13 wks/season)

• Responsibilities:
Manage Notion user group (i.e. add/remove users)
Manage Notion page group (i.e. permissions of pages)
Report and remediate intrusions with support from the Notion Administrator
