DAOplomats is looking for a Liquidity Specialist to join our team and manage liquidity for decentralised Liquidity pools. As a Liquidity Specialist, you will use our in-house tools to write custom strategies, ensuring liquidity follows price movements while maximizing market-making efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies managing and increasing liquidity aligning with decentralised market makers
- Manage liquidity in Uniswap V3 concentrated pools using internal tools to optimise capital efficiency and minimise slippage.
- Monitor real-time market conditions and adjust strategies dynamically to align with price action.
- Analyse market trends, token dynamics, and trading volumes to inform strategy enhancements.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve internal tools and performance.
- Report on liquidity metrics, identifying trends and areas for strategy improvement.
Expectations and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field
- Strong understanding of Python, particularly for developing algorithmic strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Uniswap V3 pool dynamics, decentralised market making, and liquidity management.
- Familiarity with Crypto and Macro Trading principles, including token economics and the impact of market conditions on liquidity.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and risk parameters.
- Experience in analyzing complex data sets and drawing insightful conclusions.
- Experience in designing and deploying automated market-making strategies.
- Crypto enthusiasts and digital optimists
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Solidity or smart contract development.
- Experience working with automated trading bots or infrastructure.
- amiliarity with other DeFi protocols (e.g., SushiSwap, Balancer, Curve).
- ability to work in the UTC+2/ CET hours
