There is a coordination lack from the talent coordinator and a general lack of initiative

Restructuring the talent coordination and shifting the responsibility to the various pods

The current community manager is suggesting we keep the role for now

There is also a suggestion for a support role to help execute efficiently roles

There is no going to be nomination or election because there is no interest at the moment
