Some initial feedback from the create form:
Generally ok, some UI improvements needed:
More obvious button placement for ‘new bounty’
More obvious indications of text fields vs explainer fields
A ‘Go back’ button on the single bounty page
Links had some issues that seemed to resolve on login/logout
Todo: all API POST requests should go to the BB server, to avoid Browsers freaking out
