  • There is a DAOplotmates programs/project coming up for banklessdao members who are actively engaging in governance matters- this in line for the community members to start engaging in the commonwealth plateform
  • Working on the charter/governance is ongoing
  • GC has open up a new thread to track banklessAfrica kPI and the reports should be submitted there. All role holders and project/workgroup champions should beefup their tracking system.

    • Discussion on Newsletter Payments with edits and . Decided to take MissPurple edit payment from the Medium budget - Moving the deadline to Thursday for newsletter final edits.
    • Innov8tr seeks community support for Solar power and web mesh access for rural parts of Africa . Has contacts in Burundi and Malawi. He believes it could be good for BanklessAfrica and Bankless as a whole He proposes NFTs for farmers. Happy to help the community, If he/she is willing to take up the projects.
    Think Decade suggested Innov8r post on Commonwealth and will be re-echoed in the Community call
    Think Decade asks how the project will be funded. 1. Grants
    1. Ask enterprising Africans to repay the investment.
    Think suggests we spin up a team for this Yofi suggested we break the project into phases Innov8r asks if Yofi is okay to lead the project.
    Innov8r suggests we send a phone to his contact in Burundi, ThinkDecade suggests sending a 100 USD stablecoin and his contact off-ramp the stable coin and purchase a Brand new Infinix smartphone. ThinkDecade asks if he can off-ramp crypto, Innov8r said the contact’s phone has a broken screen. It was decided to get Morte-ch to ship him one or send one through Jumia
