Dev guild request.

Guessing that the most important info they’re looking for is pull-request log. Basically seeing who submitted pull request as a rough proxy for doing some work.

does that sound about right? Please tweak based on what you’ve learned at the meeting

1. Create Github pipeline, setup users on apache site

2. Create Analytics activity framework for Dev guild
Ideas are to use pull requests, amount of code, etc. This is tbd.
