Mission, goals, and values
Mission
We teach and build data products and use data analytics to create insights, collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to grow Bankless DAO and other DAOs in the web3 space to achieve their missions.
Goals
We fulfil the guild mission by aligning our initiatives and work to the following goals:
- Mobilize data superheroes to build a high-performing analytics engine and sensing platform.
- Deliver education and insights about internal DAO performance metrics and external on-chain performance metrics.
- Embrace complexity of problems in order to reduce uncertainty in decision-making.
- Advance the future of organizational analytics by creating platforms, processes, and frameworks that benefit all DAOs.

I work with financial data on a daily basis, providing all sorts of analyses both for internal and external purposes. Very familiar with corporate budgeting and planning (short, medium and long-term). Have many years of hobby coding experience, having dabbled in C#, Javascript, Java and Solidity
I clean, transform and extract data to visualize in python, Tableau, and in Power BI. Have extensive know in ETL projects as well as advanced experience in SQL. Certified in AWS as a Cloud practitioner and in the process of becoming a solutions architect in AWS.
I can clean, wrangle and visualize data in Python, R. I can create SQL queries and dashboards in Dune. I'm hoping to level up my skills for advanced SQL/relational database and smart contract analysis. Also open to learning GraphQL.
I'd like to leverage my existing skillset to add value to the guild, sharpen my existing skillset, and learn new skills from others (Dune Analytics, etc.)
