Background
OtterSec is a smart contract auditing firm that specializes in Rust ecosystems - Solana and NEAR. They were able to identify the cause of Slope Finance’s wallet hack and have audited numerous projects on Solana and NEAR.
The proposal would allow Fight Club founder members and invested projects to obtain a 10% discount for OtterSec’s services. Fight Club would also receive a referral fee of 5% of the project cost.
Specifications
Eligibility: Project founders are members of Fight Club where Fight
Club membership is defined as: 1) holders of Fight Club’s NFTs - ie. Gold glove, red glove, or black glove, 2) enrolled members of Fight Club’s fighter work-to-earn program, or 3) members of Fight Club’s Discord.
OtterSec Discount: 10% off of normal project estimate
Fight Club Referral Fee: 5% of normal project estimate
OtterSec Right of Refusal: OtterSec has the right to refuse auditing the project at their
discretion.
