- There is going to be a retro on the restructuring of the newsletter and writing pod as a whole- Yofi
- thinkdecade has suggested we get a definite timeline for the retro to get things in perspective and Yofi A. has agreed to come up with that soon.
On nomination and election
- Current issues with nomination and election will call for non-active members which is going to consume a lot of bandwidth and time.
- Let's look specifically at the areas where there is more bandwidth and rectify that..— innov8tor
- kutubu is suggesting we have a consensus check on the current role holders from the community for rejection and approval and we hold an election for the new role holder
- But then we have to hold a talk on the bandwidth of the current holders — thinkdecade
- Two tiers for a role - Innov8tor
- New role holder will be paid half a pay and the other half bountied out
- how is it going to be bountied out? - thinkdecade
- Old role holders will be paid in full and report back when they don’t have the bandwidth.

I have been trying my best as possible and bringing in a lot of innovation in the aspect of the talent coordinator. There was an evolution in the role into two sections of talent coordinator and community manager but there was not enough information on the split. Because of the Christmas I would love to set off from this role.
