What did we do last week?
- Zberwaldt: I feel we made good progress. The main issue now is the multi-sig info page ( we don't have a reference to work off, maybe check with design-guild to get a design for it ?)= page about the BANK token and links to contracts, wallets and all info. It can be a simple design, but this didn't exist yet on the demo website.
- Yves: the multi-sig page is a great idea to get a good overview of the DAO and BANK Token.
What are we doing next?
MrPackman:
- Translation component
- Multi-sig page ( 2hr work according to James )
- Bug fixes and formatting
⇒Then MVP programming is done and all next things we can keep for V2
- James: if we can't have a use for the Web3-connect, then we should hide it for the MVP launch
- Yves: We need to make sure the team that worked on the project gets rewarded ⇒ screenshare of the Website Survey results in Airtable: who worked how many hours already and how will we do the allocation ?
- James: With the hours worked already, we could pay per hour. Or we can do coordinape, with this survey we can do a much more intelligent coordinape round.
- Yves: Not everyone is here, so difficult to vote what we will do now. Feels like soft consensus for a combination of pay-per-hour and coordinape.
- James: Maybe do a final vote with details and simple: yes or no.
Potential blockers:
- Yves: There was an up-and-running demo website in Ghost Pro and the meaning was to improve this with a Grant. I was keen to see the Web3 component as that was not included in the demo. However, the claim option is now not important anymore. For me, translations was not priority for the MVP. Now we do need to activate the writers, AV and marketing guild for filling the website with content ( We are waiting on Lucas and MW for a list with needed pages/content). We should do something useful with the Web3 connection and explore what we can do with that.
Action items
Yves will work with Zberwaldt to help create the multisig page. Yves might have some Figma files that can serve for the design.
Devs and Grendel together with the writers guild can work further on translations, but not necessary for the MVP.
We can all think of what we can do with the Web3-connect , maybe not for MVP but for V2
We'll work on the specifics and a final vote/poll for the allocation. From the Website Allocation survey, there is a clear soft consensus about a combination " Pay for hours + Coordinape " (Yves & Katarina )
