- IMN Project coordinator
- The coordinator is the single point of contact between bDAO, guilds, IMN champions, and the
- IMN Team and ensures that the project follows a unified direction.
- Organize regular meetings, follow-up with action-item implementation.
- Assist new nodes with kickstarting operations and existing nodes to grow their reach.
- Design incentives for nodes to develop themselves further

- Run the monthly stats check process including selecting 2 members, running the process with the team and submitting a finally tally to the accountant
- Facilitate communication between nodes
- Act as members point of contact
- Help onboard new nodes
- Design workflow for talent to go from Translation Guild to Nodes

- Revenue Lead

The Revenue Lead is responsible for finding Grant opportunities, having an overview of the active applications/ grants received and their deliverables and coordinates with the IMN Nodes ensuring the smooth roll out of content related to Grants already received.
Coordinates the Grants working group and works together with the Grants Team assisting in all phases of the application process.
KPIs:
- Hold at least 3 Coordination meetings per month.
- Upkeep and enrich the available Grants database.
- Apply for at least 1 Grant per month (< $5000)

- Marketing Lead
The Marketing Role in the IMN focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
The IMN are a project that comes from the BanklessDAO brand.
So, the IMN Brand Guide will be focused in the one of BanklessDAO, but with some differences because of the different cultural aspects and needs of each language. Taking care of the brand lines of bDAO.
The Marketing Role In the IMN itโs the point of contact between Marketing Guild, Design Guild* and the IMN.
The KPIs for this role are:
1 marketing campaign for the IMN every month.
This can be, a campaign using # or for example, meme creations, templates explaining somethingโฆ etc
To create 1 thread for twitter in English every month about crypto basics and so on. (Topics in order of difficulty)
Help other IMN or roles with their needs of general marketing
Create templates so other IMNs can use them if they want to.
Attend at least 2 meetings every month of the Marketing or design guild
keep building the โmarketing ideasโ document

- Accountant
tasks: keep track of bounties, grants and roles + update notion pages regarding income/payments/bounties/etc. + create CVS files for the multi-sig payments at the end of each month (and upon need)
Run the monthly coordinape and evolve its implementation along with the rest of the project

Language Champion (funded by KPIs)
Be the point of contact between bDAO and the local language community.
Deploy strategies to start/grow follower base and subscribers for the local language content.
Report to bDAO on monthly progress.
Make sure that all content and local contributor activities are aligned with the rest of the DAO.
