Og: those who review translation bounties in the pidgin parlour should be given incentives.
Olokoji: if the translation bounties were from outside the DAO it would be a good idea, but doing such inter-DAO might discourage people
ScAr: I think it would be better if bankless africa sets up a team of reviewers and pay them
Oge: I support ScAr idea
