I read through your writeups, and we're actually pretty set. We built the company with sweat equity during the bear/our early stage, and virtually every early team member has fair equity. And we have an ESOP also built for future rewards or hires.
 
We were lucky enough to have the right legal/finance know-how, which I know is a rarity in web3 or early stage startups
 
Loved your piece on compensation though, and pretty aligned
