I’ve been exploring how small, purpose-driven teams are getting started before money shows up — when what they do have is energy, ideas, and a few people willing to show up and build something together.
The hard part? Figuring out how to recognize and track contribution without defaulting to legal equity or formal employment. Especially when trust is still forming.
