CN Node Business Development Proposal v0.2

Summary

During last month on BanklessCN there were more and more Chinese Social Media Accounts (CSMA) generated by different people. This proposal is provided to avoid the risk of a single CSMA as below:

• Avoid damaging the bDAO brand and its reputation. e.g. Some basic guidelines to mitigate the risks of cash grab/ rug pull projects advertising in CSMA.

• Avoid bDAO as a whole being blocked by the government due to risky operations of individual accounts. e.g. If a CSMA is deemed illegal and misleading by the government, it is likely to affect other accounts and even other people responsible for CSMA in China.
Some context: Crypto activity is banned in China and all CSMA is operating under their own risks, in an ideal world that we all reach a consensus (bottom line) on what NOT to do, reduce overall risks of CSMA operators as a whole in China.

Regarding this, the Chinese Social Media Accounts Alliance (CSMAA) is generated by this proposal. Every CSMA needs to follow community consensus to return sponsorship to the community, i.e. 5% to bDAO is per bDAO general guideline, 10% for BanklessCN, where we will have complete transparency and disclose how this fund is intended for use. If a CSMA doesn’t follow, BanklessCN community will not be associated/affiliated with this CSMA. CSMA also will add a disclaimer to each account.

1. Post Sponsored content for NFT and Defi project without background check . e.g. Project with less than 3 months twitter presence should considered a red flag

2. If a nodes (is operating in China) decided to post sensitive sponsored NFT and Defi content without checking with other nodes. This is to prevent regulatory pressure on BankessCN name in China.

3. Promoting and spamming personal account or other business account.
