- Will be proceeding with trying the in-house backup option

- Waiting on a few users regarding the paid seat pruning
- Then I’ll reach out to AAJ (the account holder) to request the plan changes all at once

- We are still having trouble contacting many group Notion Admins
- Our list for project Notion Admins is incomplete, as this was not something we had previously been tracking
- Group admins should be aware that a large scale user clean-up is required and incoming soon™

- A new guide for how to share Notion access with an emphasis on keeping user count minimized will be needed
