Deal Scout
Responsibilities:
- Secure an investment allocation amount (minimum $50k) for the Fight Club community
- Manage the relationship with the project pre-investment
- Create a thread with deal info in Discord Syndicate Deals category
- Add deal information via tally form into Air Table
- Create all polls for the deal - AMA poll, investment poll
Compensation:
- 1% of carry on deal returns under 15x
- 2% of carry on deal returns above 15x
Due Diligence
Responsiblities:
- Complete the project Investment Memo
- Conduct the due diligence on the project
- Compiling community questions
- Taking notes for AMA
- Manage q&a within the FC community about the project
- Support the project post-investment
- Report on project updates
- Material information or changes
- Governance votes and project milestones
Compensation:
- 4% of carry on deal returns under 15x
- 8% of carry on deal returns above 15x
