draft proposal for workstream mandates
Description
Per Working Agreement V2, we divide our work into workstreams, and each workstream continues to carry out tasks that support our objective. Workstreams are different to Working Groups, as they build more functional teams that work like a department/guild. A lead may be responsible for everything about a particular workstream and everyone reports to them. Across all organisational teams, it’s important to prioritise workplace culture; the foundations of which are communication and trust. The Project Champion may appoint workstream heads and ratify this decision by majority poll that lasts 72 hrs.
Subtasks
- Ideate on workstreams, potential heads, their mandate & term
to create proposal draft for workstream mandates
- Propose draft to project team for further input.
