Goals
The main goal of the Growth Manager role is to understand user behavior, analyze traffic, identify opportunities for growth, create short and long-term strategies to increase traffic, and collaborating with other roles to implement and measure the success of growth initiatives.
Hazards
  • Stagnancy - Not learning from the insights of each grant round and not expanding Gitcoin’s support and influence
Skill Requirements
The specific skill requirements for this position include:
  1. Analytics and Marketing: Familiarity with various analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Hubspot.
  1. Understanding of User Behavior: Understanding and analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and traffic deterrents to provide data-driven insights to collaborators.
  1. Strategy: Identifying growth opportunities and creating short and long-term strategies to increase traffic.
  1. User Research: Understanding of user patterns and behavior to identify potential improvements and test hypotheses.
