Process Flow
Bringing up Sponsoring CS - You can rep Crypto Sapiens and grow our network and revenue! You may find yourself in communication with a variety of contributors and employees who’s organizations, companies, and protocols would have an interest in sponsoring Crypto Sapiens. With this guide, you can easily bring your network to bear to create an impact. Remember if nothing else these three simple steps to our process — Generating a Lead, Land an agreement, Close the deal.
Generate a Lead - Record essential data. identify contact AND their role in their org. Ask if what is the process or who has final say on approving the
 
Land an agreement - Discuss with the point of contact our sponsorship opps, establish the sponsor’s objectives and needs. Utilize our analytics and our sponsorship deck. Find a package mixing on episode mentions, and other marketing campaign goodies to end with a sponsorship agreement .
 
Close the deal - Follow up with the contact point to ensure agreement approval from their org, follow up with the team to prep the deliverables, provide financial details to the sponsor, follow up on deliverables.
 
 
 
 
Needs:
Update and include a full list of resources
Reformat the Notion to look prettier
Include a list of resources for more on where to ‘generate a lead’ from beside impromptu occasion. (as mentioned below steps 3,4), and what makes a good fit for our sponsors, etc flesh out the sponsors deck and the internal ‘menu of offerings’ flesh out the important organizational circuitry for deliverables for sponsors (i.e. AV for episodes, marketing for social mentions) to match the ‘menu’

  1. Identify the Gatekeeper to the protocol
  1. Discuss needs, ideas, hopes for sponsorship.
  1. Focus on past guests, potential guests. Check out the Talent Proposal for Ideas
  1. If interest is shown from the potential sponsorship, add the sponsorship interest in the collab database
  1. If no interest, document that in the database
  1. Present Deck
    1. ask questions, document needs, but for the love of pete PLEASE DO NOT OVERCOMPLICATE THE PROCESS.
