Onboarding Part 3 shares the Weekly Workflow—the Weekly Workflow will help you get the most out of the cohort, and it will ensure that everyone in the cohort is moving in the same direction.
☀️ Weekly Workflow
1. Thursday: Send your new writing topic for the week in #writers-cohort and write a Bullet Draft
- Choose a topic and expand on it by writing a Bullet Draft
- The Bullet Draft is a quick draft that expands on your topic
- The goal of the Bullet Draft is to get your IDEAs on paper
- Important: Do not edit, delete, pause, or worry about grammar, style, or structure
- Refer to framework for more detailsThe Publishing Process (Template)
- Why? To break up your writing into smaller milestones
2. Tuesday: Publish your post, submit it via the Leaderboard Update Form, and share it on Discord + social media
- Publish your post to Substack (or your writing platform of choice)
- Add “This is post X of 3 for the BanklessDAO Writers Cohort” to the top of your post

- Share on additional platforms as well: LinkedIn, Reddit, Hacker News, Facebook, etc.
- You’ve done the hard part. But distribution is 🔑
