but we published podcasts on Substack, one format that was working very well that was the adapation of an article to make a podcast.

We have a goal to onboard as many as possible people with Farsi language, So far we started good and we got the support of Persian influencers , currently we do not have enough translated docs to go in advertisment section but soon we will go big
Reaching 10 000 000 French speaking persons (not in S3, but it's the long term goal). Following the KPIs is a nice target. We would like to translate The Daily Gwei, but we need some funding and these last days were a disaster (Gitcoin censorship + Gitcoin change in the qf calculation system in the middle of the campaign + clr fund bug). DeFi France is rebuilding a system of participation measurement, we will integrate the media to this. We would like to have some podcasts built from the articles like explained (it's working very well). We are integrating the media to the web3 with EPNS (!). The strategy from the beginning was to build multiple medias, to connect to multiple communities. The Bankless articles are not aiming the same public as The Daily Gwei articles for example.
Focusing on translation to put the Bankless brand out in the Viet community. The demand for these content is extremely limited in Vietnam.
Our goal its a introduce a bankless mission for ua community and improve their skills in crypto, last 2 month we were prepare our web + translated some articles for it. In next S3 i hope to share this vision with them. We will start in 1-2 weeks but already have 47 members at discord. For s3 i hope we will grow to 150-200 total members
Also will post content at telegram + web + discord + substuck and continue growing.
Governance improval: use BANK as the governance and remuneration token inside the DAO, grant access to voting pools via NFT.
Stay 1 to 2 weeks ahed on newsletter schedule.
Start selling merch.
Continue NFT drops (at least once a month)
Enhance onboarding experiences.
Expanding revenue streams.
Our primary focus in S3 will be improving the quality of our content to the possible maximum while still maintaining the rate of which content is distributed.
the goal is to have 1000 audience by jan and then start work on building community
focus is on locally brewed content, as we already provide crypto newsletter, and plan to provide one more regarding blockchain gaming in Local language, as a way to building a local community
translation is done to promote bDAO, through Weekly Rollup, State of the DAO's and BanklessHQ content
We are focusing on growing the reach of the node. Main priority is to grow the Substack account/newsletter and have an organic growth in the social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
our goal is to build a community for which we are in contact with several Bulgarian crypto related groups and social media profiles. We will continue to translate bDAO content but there is an idea to rework the node (Twitter) profile a bit to become a place for crypto and DAO beginners by translating and/or creating our own content on how to get started w crypto investments, NFTs, how to become a DAO member and so on
This is a big topic worthy of a proposal piror to S3.
Our plan for current season is to build up contributors base and subscription base. Once we have solid fundation, we envisage to proceed with sponsorship, NFT sells, podcast/ twitter space to further extend our reach.
Main focus is on steady growth of community with a priority on substack. Trying to add more content as the node grows.
Our goal is to build a large comunitty of spanish speakers. We just started the channel 1 month ago, it growth to 200 followers so our goal for the end of the year is to reach 500 people}, and keep growing with all the spanish speakers; so next year we are going to be able to create twitter spaces. Having giveaways and contest for people who create infographics; create youtube videos and share them in tik tok as well; participate in other twitter spaces of other communities so we can invite people to BanklessDAO as well. Start selling merch and create Blockchain starter courses and a newsletter
We want to onboard more contributors to Turkish node, open accounts on more social media platforms web2/web3, create youtube videos or podcasts, translate and distribute more newsletters.
We are focusing on making the BanklessDAO community grow, so we are trying to set up Spaces on Twitter and discussing about further events on different channels to spread the word about it

No, and we will not have any ads or sponsors (outside systems like Gitcoin). The media was built this way, and promises were made to the French-speaking community, promises that we cannot go back on, except to look like fools.

it is important to highlight that published material is commissioned by sponsor, when published on IMN
We need to set spesific parameters and rules when it comes to sponsorship/grants. Having in mind that we are still in a bull market and marketing teams are paying large amounts of money for ads, it can become tempting to take advantage of them. However, I strongly believe that we should only go after grants/sponsors whose products and visions are in accordance to the Bankless mission.
All sponsorships and grants must be fully aligned with the bankless mission
We are working on the sponsorship media kit/ pitch deck in the #sponsorships channel. We'd like to know who are the companies/projects we CANT ask for sponsorship.,
they have to be in line with the BanklessDAO mission
