General structure of VC means a lockup of funds
marketed returns is 4x money (for VC approach)
for individuals you may take more of an active / flipping approach
targeted returns: 2-4x in 2 day period
not applicable to VC because you can’t move that amount of money
more money you have under management the more difficult it is to deploy

  • What are the high level differentiators of the project?
  • Range of metrics for each project
    • these can become automated
