Project Coordinator —>thinkdecade
- A couple of challenges on the newsletter and looking forward to getting members to revamp it with the KPI.
- The scale of what is happening in the BA server is huge and the forge is a big part of it.
- Now there is a development of the roadmap, toknnomics etc in the forge, and interested members should join.
- Election and nomination coming up. There is an initial thought in a doc for the elections.
- The forge official weekly call is on Thursdays 9:00 pm UTC

- Crypto, in general, is going through a lot of mess right now making the guest unavailable.

- Some of the challenges that are being addressed are
- delivery rate
- subscriber base
- We are figuring out how to use subtract/google analytics
- Researching other newsletters is also ongoing to find out what works.
- Lettice meet is ongoing to determine the weekly call

- Pidgin parlor is facing some basic challenges and things are being figured out,
- Most of the members are students and are currently busy with school stuff.
- The idea of having bankless Africa team on campus is being thought about

- The season 5 research report write-up is ongoing and should be ready within the next two-three weeks.
- Research wg is taking up a bounty from Krause House and we will be having a call with them tomorrow
