Bpetes: What front end components are we using for the read-only website?

Bot work was unclear on whether there was enough definition to go ahead. Referencing https://whimsical.com/bounty-board-design-bankless-2cPEEZinYKJ2zE2Zvq7iAZ . Should be good for a roadmap

Nonsense mentioned webforms on Discord are likely not feasible for storing permanent information. This is fine - MVP1 only requires ability to DM and follow links in/out of the Discord.
