bounties are repeating OR parallel OR not one of those
bounties have a payment type of pay on delivery OR promise to pay later

the two kinds of tasks may be different

single instance bounty VS parallel bounties VS serial bounties
single instance = normal
parallel = multiple people can be working on the same bounty at the same time
serial = when one finishes, the next one becomes open (i.e. happens every week)

• links: bounties have multiple states: draft, open, claimed, submitted, approved, paid
all “modifiers” are modify one or more of the states
therefore: we have IOU, pitch, and repeating
IOU = shortcut to approved state
pitch = modification to open state
repeating = evergreen, parallel, reocurring (weekly), etc
