Vikram Aditya is the co-founder and CEO of DaoLens, he is also an individual interested in solving challenges and problems he comes across, a Philanthropist and an author. He authored a wonderful design material titled “137 mistakes you should make designing with executives”.
Vikram graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati with a bachelors in Design.

Vikram earlier schooling was done in a Traditional Gurukuul
- Describe their crypto journey thus far. i.e. graduated from college in 2016, got their first bitcoin as a graduation gift, fell down the rabbithole of Ethereum, launched a DeFi protocol in 2020.
In terms of journey in crypto, Vikram worked as the AVP of product at Merkle Science, basically heading it. Merkle Science is a firm that specializes in crypto forensics, compliance and risk research all geared towards creating an infrastructure to ensure safe growth in the crypto space. He worked there full-time from March 2021 - September 2021.

A notable achievement in the crypto journey of Vikram is the co-founding of the DaoLens project, one of the few projects dedicated to Web3 introduction and integration for would-be participants out there.

The differentiating factor of DaoLens is its distinct value proposition which is the bridging of communities in the Web3 space, and not just communities, tools and protocols as well.

It benefits the community at large by bringing Web3 individuals ever closer to each other. DaoLens is in simple terms a virtual hub of everything Web3

As a new individual to the Web3 space, it can get really overwhelming trying to get a sense of direction alone to either join a community or create yours, DaoLens can serve as a launchpad for you, providing you with necessary connections, tools and help needed to accomplish goals in the space. Making the Web3 ecosystem a lot more accessible while maintaining decentralization.
- Generally, how does the product work?
How DaoLens works is by serving as a connecting link, a bridge that goes both ways between communities, community creation and talents. In which they’ve been successful so far as they just raised a pre-seed fund of $5 million in the June of this year.

DaoLens has a server on Discord that serves as one of their hubs for workflow and gatherings. DaoLens also has a website as well that serves more as a junction gateway to all other aspects of the product. The current use cases are impressive, talk more of its potential use cases, DaoLens current trajectory is set to bridge every aspect of the Web3 from governance to blockchain, tokenomics and all, which is going to make the project a very valid partner junction for any Web3 user.

As a new beginner, getting to use the product is quite simple, all you need is access to their Discord server of which the link pathway is on their website (• https://www.daolens.com/), get to their server, fill the onboarding form and get verified, you’ll get engaged by the community leads and the lead basically takes you by the hand and leads you on a tour of the product until you get to where you need to be.
DaoLens has no tokens for now, but it seems plans for it are on the horizon but now, nothing.

Vikram said this on the DaoLens blog concerning On-Chain identity;
“What do we do when we interview someone? We try our best to screen them in a way so that we know they can perform. What do we have as a proof? Their resume or their referrals which as they know doesn't work many times. With On-chain reputation, all the judgment becomes secondary because if they earned a badge for achieving a milestone, there is no questioning of authenticity. On-chain profile in case of an interview replaces a resume with a record of their proof of work or in simple language their ability to get the task done. With a credible on-chain profile based evaluation, you are less likely to make a wrong hire. Expand this to any industry you think where validation is a problem and you have a solution for example credit allocation”.

The main reason the evolution and adoption of Web3 has been slow is simply because the space is so large and diverse, and navigating it can be a bit herculean. Now imagine you have a map, a constantly evolving map that shows you where is what, DaoLens is that map.
- What are some web3 projects/tools that the project integrates to create a more robust ecosystem?
One project that DaoLens has integrated is “DaoLens Magnified” and this project focuses on governance and its landscapes, by providing tools and frameworks for solving governance issues faced in DAOs.
