- We’ve been collecting data from talent coordinators throughout the DAO and turned that into core personas to develop talent forks
- Every onboarding experience at Bankless is highly individual, and we want our content to be as dynamic as possible to serve that need
- Partnership with Gateway team to facilitate a “gate” and “keys” approach to onboarding with on- and off-chain history is driving towards an MVP to test over the next couple weeks
- Onboarding history will help us accomplish our goal of facilitating a smoother hand-off of new members to talent coordinators in guilds and projects.

- DEGEN is in jail again! Due to Discord’s piss poor support in addressing our appeal, we will be releasing a new bot, but will be removing automated DM delivery of POAP links, along with a few other enhancements.
- SCOAP Squad went and got a face lift, and is now Squad Up, also with new enhancements. We’ll be busy testing this in the Garage and plan on having a release set for Mad Hatter soon.
- bDAO Product Support Center proposal is up on the forums! Steff and ZrowGz have put in a lot of work to create a home base for product support across the entire bDAO development spectrum. Please go show your support and vote in favor of the proposal.
- We met with the Coordinape team earlier this week to brainstorm a Coordinape Discord bot. The development will be starting soon. Really good meeting, we will be working on a Coordinape Discord Bot.
- We’re tightening up on our dev and governance processes and exploring services to better manage and support our growing project. Also, thanks to Discord going down this week, we’ll be exploring contingencies to maintain communication no matter the situation. Special thanks to the Coordinape team and those bot Mechanics who still showed up for our collab meeting on Google Meet, organized via Twitter DMs. Y’all are the real MVPs.

- LUSD Stability Pool Staking is now code complete. That is the second major piece of functionality now merged. Staking LUSD on Liquity earns ETH and LQTY in return.
- LQTY Staking is now in progress and will be code complete by next week. Fees from LQTY staking will generate revenue for Bankless DAO.
- Design work is now in progress, huge thanks to IsraelRex from Design Guild.

DAO heat is a two-part competition, kicking in next Monday. There will be an announcement. The first part will be a writers competition of a themed essay. The winning essay will be turned into art by the design competition. Finally, we will make an NFT.
