He spent his first part of work at intersection of business and sustainability trying to maintain sustainability and he found out that to create a sustainable environment, He needs to work with couple of members and stakeholders and later discovered web3 via podcast

- Working in a DAO where there are different levels of contributors is tasking. Zach build a tool to automate payment and reward so the members can have enough time to focus on other important aspect and everyone is happy with the reward as it’s open and transparent

- Automating compensation for contributors in a decentralized workspace.
-Zach Anderson is the founder of Coordinape. He founded coordinape to distribute earnings and reward amongst a team of contributors in a DAO. This helps to help facilitate difficult compensation conversations that isn’t in line with the goals of the DAO. Hence making compensation easier in the DAO. He is also the founder of Converge.
