Problem description: real insight into guild/project active participation/involvement is an important insight for many guilds/project but the typical metrics that are used to discern this (messages in a channel, “dialing into” a meeting) can be easily gamed. 

Suggested solution: Discord collects speaker identification information on audio/video calls - when someone speaks the circle around their name lights up. That data is believed to be accessible/queriable, 

Therefore, we can design an insights that shows “top (active) speakers” in a particular voice channel (or channels) over a period of time (for example, the time period of a season) to getter a more accurate sense of which users were truly active during that period of time.
