Improvement Proposal (Process): Once this is done we can start thinking where and how we can improve. This will give us:
- Precise identification and focus (bDIP-7)

- Loosely coupled, tightly aligned
- Incentive engineering around bDIPs
- Draft → Research → GSET Review → Forum Post → Snapshot → Update
STATUS: where are we now?
Discovery and Draft
- Financial Report Preamble put together by Rotorless. This will be the preamble and next is:
- Composition of existing documentation (Justice).
- A form will be sent asking for information and inviting revisions to the manual draft shortly.
- GSE team is crafting ideas around this IP format
We hope to have this out at the beginning of S4 and then start implementing it during the season!
